Employee Reference Policy

Purpose
To encourage and reward employees for referring qualified candidates to the company, thereby contributing to the growth and success of Merciglobal System Pvt. Ltd.
Scope
This policy is applicable only for permanent employees of Merciglobal System Pvt. Ltd.
Policy Details
Eligibility for Referral Bonus
- Any employee can refer a new candidate for employment in various departments/positions in Merciglobal.
- The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
Referral Bonus Amount
- The referral bonus is equivalent to 33% of the referring employee's monthly salary.
Referral Criteria / Process
- Employees must submit the candidate's resume and any additional required information through the Company's Referral System.
- The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position or during the candidateβs application process. Retroactive referrals are not eligible for the bonus.
- The referral bonus will be paid once the new candidate is successfully hired and completes six months of employment at Merciglobal.
Payment of Referral Bonus
- The referral bonus will be included in the referring employee's paycheck after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
- Applicable taxes and statutory deductions will be applied to the referral bonus payment.
Conditions and Exclusions
- No referral bonus will be paid if the referred candidate leaves the company within the first six months of employment.
- Only one referral bonus will be awarded per referenced candidate.
Policy Review
This policy may be reviewed and updated as and when required. An intimation of the same will be provided to all concerned persons.
Approval
This Employee Reference Policy requires approval from the management committee of the company.
