π― Purpose
To ensure accountability, motivation, and smooth execution within Merciglobal Cloud ERPβs software development lifecycle through a structured incentive policy. Incentives are granted only after client satisfaction and official project closure.
π Scope
Applies to all project-based development teams:
- Projects Coordinator
- Projects Head
- Team Leader
- Senior Developer
- Junior Developer (where involved)
β Incentive Release Triggers
Incentives are processed only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
- β Project fully delivered
- β UAT sign-off received from client
- β Payment received from client
- β Client testimonial (written + video) collected
- β Documentation and training completed
- β No major bugs pending post-go-live
π§βπ» Role-Wise Responsibilities
a) Senior Developer (Primary Owner)
- Full development ownership
- Coordinate with client for technical needs
- Execute customizations
- Lead implementation & training
- Resolve bugs
- Prepare project documentation
- Collect testimonials
- Support TL with planning & timelines
b) Team Leader (Execution Controller)
- Mentor and support the senior developer
- Monitor daily progress
- Review code, logic, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to timelines
- Handle medium-level technical issues
- Ensure overall delivery quality
- Escalate critical issues to Projects Head
c) Projects Head (Architect & Escalation Handler)
- Final technical supervision
- Approve architecture and workflows
- Handle major escalations
- Evaluate go-live readiness
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Support TL during critical blocks
d) Projects Coordinator (Communication Backbone)
- Schedule client demos
- Maintain daily communication with client
- Document meeting discussions
- Follow up on pending inputs
- Ensure clarity between team and client
- Track and maintain project timelines
- Confirm testimonials and closure meetings
