Incentives are processed only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • βœ… Project fully delivered
  • βœ… UAT sign-off received from client
  • βœ… Payment received from client
  • βœ… Client testimonial (written + video) collected
  • βœ… Documentation and training completed
  • βœ… No major bugs pending post-go-live

a) Senior Developer (Primary Owner)

  • Full development ownership
  • Coordinate with client for technical needs
  • Execute customizations
  • Lead implementation & training
  • Resolve bugs
  • Prepare project documentation
  • Collect testimonials
  • Support TL with planning & timelines

b) Team Leader (Execution Controller)

  • Mentor and support the senior developer
  • Monitor daily progress
  • Review code, logic, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to timelines
  • Handle medium-level technical issues
  • Ensure overall delivery quality
  • Escalate critical issues to Projects Head

c) Projects Head (Architect & Escalation Handler)

  • Final technical supervision
  • Approve architecture and workflows
  • Handle major escalations
  • Evaluate go-live readiness
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Support TL during critical blocks

d) Projects Coordinator (Communication Backbone)

  • Schedule client demos
  • Maintain daily communication with client
  • Document meeting discussions
  • Follow up on pending inputs
  • Ensure clarity between team and client
  • Track and maintain project timelines
  • Confirm testimonials and closure meetings
