Purpose

The purpose of this Holiday Policy is to outline the official holiday entitlements and procedures for employees at Merciglobal System Pvt. Ltd., ensuring consistency and fairness in the allocation and management of holidays across the organization.

Scope

This policy is applicable to all employees of Merciglobal System Pvt. Ltd., including: - Full-time employees - Interns - Contract staff (where applicable)

Holiday Calendar

Merciglobal observes the following recognized public holidays. These dates are subject to change based on government declarations and will be communicated accordingly.

📌 Note: If a holiday falls on a weekend, compensatory offs will be provided at the discretion of the management.

Policy Review

This Holiday Policy may be reviewed and updated as and when required. Any changes or updates will be communicated to all concerned employees via internal HR channels and updated on hr.merciglobal.com.

Approval

This Time Regulation Policy requires approval from the management committee of Merciglobal System Pvt. Ltd.
